Last week, we gathered at an 18th-century ranch on the shores of the Chascomús lagoon. An interesting paradox: in a place so full of history, we spent our time talking about the future — and how to keep innovating in cross-border payments.
Kamipayers traveled from Misiones, Mar del Plata, Tucumán, La Plata, and several corners of Buenos Aires to join the meeting. It’s not something we do often, which made it even more special: getting to know each other better in person, strengthening bonds, and sharing a common vision of what’s next.
Our co-founders, Matías Gorganchian and Nicolás Enrique Bourbon, reflected on how an MVP became the first solution to accept Pix payments in Argentina — and, soon after, the infrastructure that now processes millions of real-time cross-border transactions, connecting people, businesses, and countries.
They reminded us of the importance of connecting the dots and embracing serendipity. In such a competitive market, only teams that constantly challenge themselves can truly make a difference. And they reinforced that communicating our idea loud and clear is part of the game — it’s how we attract talent and create new opportunities.
