Success stories TodoAlojamiento integrates Pix with kamiPay to help hotels serve Brazilian travelers
TodoAlojamiento integrated Pix with kamiPay, allowing hotels to accept payments from Brazilian travelers remotely or in person through Brazil’s most popular payment method, seamlessly embedded into its platform.
TodoAlojamiento is an all-in-one hospitality platform designed for hotels and accommodation providers of every size. It combines a booking engine, Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, omnichannel CRM, and an integrated AI agent into a single solution.
The platform enables properties to centralize reservations, availability, rates, payments, and day-to-day operations, streamlining workflows while improving the experience for both hotel staff and guests.
With operations across Argentina and Latin America, TodoAlojamiento serves hotels of all sizes and destinations, providing technology that simplifies hotel management and helps increase direct bookings.
As the number of Brazilian travelers visiting Argentina continued to grow, TodoAlojamiento’s hotel clients began requesting a way to accept Pix, Brazil’s most widely used payment method.
TodoAlojamiento needed a technology partner capable of integrating Pix natively into its platform, without adding technical complexity for its customers, while providing hands-on support throughout the implementation process. That’s how its partnership with kamiPay began.
The solution
“The Pix integration through kamiPay was fast, with clear documentation and consistent support from their team,” said Claudio Giacinto, Co-founder and CEO of TodoAlojamiento.
With Pix now embedded directly into the booking engine and hotel management platform, hotels can accept payments from Brazilian guests in three key scenarios:
- Online bookings: When a Brazilian guest completes a reservation through the booking engine, they can instantly confirm the booking and pay the required deposit by scanning a dynamic QR code displaying the amount in Brazilian reais.
- Remote payments: For reservations made by phone, WhatsApp, or email, the hotel can generate a payment link and send it directly to the guest, allowing them to pay from anywhere using their preferred Brazilian banking app.
- In-person payments: At the hotel’s front desk, staff can generate a QR code on demand for walk-in payments, additional purchases, or checkout balances.
In every case, funds are settled instantly—in just seconds—in Argentine pesos, U.S. dollars, or digital dollars (stablecoins), depending on the hotel’s preferred settlement currency.
The impact
Since introducing Pix, TodoAlojamiento’s hotel clients operating in destinations popular with Brazilian tourists have seen higher booking conversion rates across every sales channel.
The ability to send remote payment links has streamlined advance bookings, while in-person Pix payments have simplified checkout and made it easier to collect payments for additional services. For Brazilian travelers, paying with the same method they use every day at home—with no hidden fees and the exact amount displayed in Brazilian reais—has removed friction from the purchasing experience.
The integration did not create any additional costs for hotels, enabling even smaller properties to adopt the solution without barriers to entry.
Collaboration between the TodoAlojamiento and kamiPay teams remained smooth throughout the implementation. Today, with Pix fully integrated into the platform, hotels have a tool that not only simplifies daily operations but also provides a meaningful competitive advantage in attracting and retaining Brazilian travelers in an increasingly competitive market.
“For Brazilians, paying with Pix is completely natural—it’s the payment method they expect. As soon as our clients started asking for a way to accept Pix, we discovered kamiPay and found it to be the clearest and most agile solution available. The integration process was straightforward, and we always had the support of their team.”
