This document (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) describes the types of personal data collected by KAMIPAY OÜ, owner and developer of KAMIPAY, through the website https://www.kamipay.io or the mobile application available for download from Android or iOS App Stores (“KAMIPAY”). It details how user data is used, to whom it is disclosed or communicated, and the rights available to users regarding the processing of their personal data and the exercise of those rights. It also describes the measures implemented to protect the security of the collected personal data and how users can contact the company to learn more about its privacy practices. The entity responsible for processing personal data is KAMIPAY OÜ, with its registered office at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 5, 10117, Estonia. By providing personal data through the Kamipay Site, the user gives express, informed, voluntary, and unequivocal consent to include such data in databases owned and managed by Kamipay, and to the processing of this information for the purposes described in the following sections of this document, subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein. By using the Kamipay Site, you expressly agree and give your free, informed consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy. Therefore, you should read this Privacy Policy carefully. By accessing, connecting to, or using the Kamipay Site in any way, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy. If the user does not agree with this Privacy Policy, they must refrain from using the Kamipay Site. Kamipay undertakes to make every reasonable effort not to transfer collected data to countries that do not meet the standards required by Argentine Personal Data Protection Law, and in cases where such transfers occur, Kamipay shall ensure that the recipients comply with all requirements established by said law.
Personal Data
Through the Kamipay Site, we collect certain data, including personal information. Personal information refers to any data that can identify a user. At Kamipay, the privacy and security of your information are important to us, which is why we only request the data strictly necessary for you to use the services offered through the Kamipay Site. For this purpose, Kamipay may request and process the following types of data, without this list being exhaustive: contact information (such as first and last name, address, phone number, and email); identification numbers (such as DNI, CUIT, or CUIL); demographic data (such as nationality, date and place of birth, age, and gender); information from social media provided by you; status as a politically exposed person; declarations regarding the origin and legitimacy of funds; and any information you provide to us in relation to your inquiries or comments. We collect this data at the time of registration and also gather personal information when you provide it directly to us or when you interact with us through the Kamipay Site.
Processing of Personal Data
The data collected by Kamipay through the Site may be used for the following purposes: to send communications, respond to inquiries, provide promotions, commercial updates, and news, personalize user preferences, and offer content tailored to the interests and needs of each user. The data may also be used to evaluate products and services, always in compliance with applicable legal regulations, industry standards, contractual obligations, and company policies. Kamipay may also use third-party analytics services, always respecting data protection and security standards. The information collected through these means may be shared with these analytics providers to, among other things, assess the usage of the Kamipay Site. Data Transfer
The personal data of users collected through the Kamipay Site may be transferred for the purposes described above to our subsidiaries, service providers, and associated entities, whether located in Argentina or in other countries. These countries may not have the same data protection regulations as those in force in Argentina; therefore, when such transfers are necessary, Kamipay will apply the security standards required under Argentine law. Accordingly, appropriate protection measures have been implemented to ensure the proper handling and safeguarding of users’ data.
Shared Information
The company may share users’ personal data collected through the Kamipay Site only in the manner described in this Privacy Policy. The personal data collected through Kamipay may be disclosed to our subsidiaries and affiliated entities for the purposes previously outlined. Such data may also be shared with service providers who perform services on our behalf, in accordance with our instructions and for the purposes detailed in this Privacy Policy. These providers are not authorized, under any circumstances, to disclose or reveal users’ personal data except when necessary to perform their services or to comply with legal obligations.Kamipay understands the importance of maintaining the confidentiality of all collected data. Accordingly, Kamipay commits to ensuring such confidentiality by entering into non-disclosure agreements with each party involved in the processing of personal data. Kamipay and all parties participating in any stage of data processing are bound by professional secrecy obligations regarding such data. Personal data may only be disclosed in the following cases: a) when there is a legal obligation to do so; b) within the framework of a judicial investigation into fraudulent or illegal activities; c) when required by law enforcement authorities through lawful procedures; or d) when the company deems it necessary to prevent physical or financial harm. Additionally, the user authorizes the transfer of personal data in the event of a sale of all or part of the company.
User Rights
The company presumes the accuracy of the information provided by the User and therefore does not verify, nor assumes any obligation to verify, the truthfulness, validity, or authenticity of the data the User supplies. The User may access, delete, and modify the data provided at any time, as set out below, and is responsible for keeping such information up to date. The User may access the information provided to Kamipay at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated to do so at a different interval, in accordance with Personal Data Protection regulations. If the data are incorrect or the User wishes to update and/or delete them, the company will make the correction at the User’s request, at no cost. To exercise rights under data protection regulations, the User must email info@kamipay.io indicating the right they wish to exercise and attaching digitized documentation that enables identification (e.g., an identity document, or proof of authority if acting on behalf of a legal entity or as a representative). Information supplied by the User will be stored while the relationship with Kamipay remains in force and for ten (10) years thereafter solely for accounting and/or legal purposes. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), the supervisory authority of Law No. 25,326, is empowered to receive complaints and claims regarding non-compliance with personal data protection rules.
Security of Personal Data
Users’ personal data will be kept strictly confidential. Kamipay will use such data only while the relationship between the User and Kamipay remains in effect and only to the extent necessary for fulfilling Kamipay’s obligations. Kamipay complies with personal data protection regulations, in particular Law No. 25,326 and its complementary rules. All user data are stored in a database owned by Kamipay. To ensure the protection and security of the data provided by users, Kamipay applies the same security standards used to safeguard its own information. Technical, physical, and administrative security measures are maintained to protect users’ personal data against destruction, alteration, or accidental, unlawful, or unauthorized access and use. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure proper use, Kamipay employs physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards, as well as security procedures designed to protect personal data collected online. The company aims to protect users’ personal data in accordance with established security standards and continuously evaluates new technologies to enhance information protection. Kamipay guarantees that the internal processes governing its databases comply with the legal obligations of security and confidentiality imposed by Personal Data Protection Law. However, the User acknowledges that no technical system providing security is infallible and that, even when all reasonable security measures are adopted, manipulation, destruction, or loss of information may still occur. Finally, if the User believes that their interaction with Kamipay is no longer secure, they are asked to immediately report the issue through the communication channels provided. /

Updates to this Privacy Policy
Kamipay reserves the right to modify and/or update this Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice, to reflect changes in regulations or security measures related to the protection of personal data. When material changes are made, we will notify you by posting a notice on the Kamipay Site or by email, and we will indicate the date of the latest update at the bottom of this Privacy Policy. Any modification to this Privacy Policy will take effect upon its publication on the Kamipay Site. Your continued interaction with us after such changes are introduced will signify your acceptance of those modifications.

Address, Applicable Law, and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any action arising from these Terms and Conditions or from the use of the App shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the Republic of Estonia. If any provision of this Agreement is declared null or invalid, such nullity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
